Myrtle Evans
DrPH, MSPH, OTR/L, CLA Founder & Lead Occupational Therapist
Our founder, Dr. Myrtle Evans, brings over 30 years of dedicated experience in occupational therapy, blending clinical expertise with a compassionate, person-centered approach. Her areas of specialization include: ⦁ Pelvic floor rehabilitation ⦁ Upper extremity recovery after injury, stroke, or neurological conditions ⦁ Pain management and chronic conditions ⦁ Geriatric care ⦁ Educational consulting and program development Dr. Evans is a Credentialed Leader in Academia through the American Occupational Therapy Association’s Academic Leadership Institute. She has successfully guided the development and accreditation of both master’s and doctoral-level occupational therapy programs, shaping the next generation of therapists. Known for her clinical excellence, leadership, and deep commitment to client dignity, Dr. Evans leads Outcome Therapy with vision, integrity, and a heart for service.
Lynette Gassop
OTD, MS OTR/L
Dr. Lynette Gassop holds both a Master’s degree and a Post-Professional Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. A proud Louisiana native, Lynette brings eight years of experience in home health, assisted living, and school-based services. She has worked extensively with students (K-5) and adults with cognitive disabilities, developing individualized care plans and providing therapy that supports functional growth across the lifespan. Her scholarly work includes a teaching capstone on improving access to healthcare information for underserved seniors. Dr. Gassop has co-developed entry level occupational therapy doctorate programs and she is an experienced adjunct professor. She is enthusiastic about mentoring future therapists and contributing to academic program development.
Oluyemi Osisami
MS OT/L
Oluyemi Osisami is an Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in both home health and academia. She holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and is pursuing a PhD in Education. Her professional interests lie at the intersection of evidence-based clinical care and transformative teaching. She has co-developed entry level occupational therapy doctorate programs and is an experienced adjunct professor. As an academic mentor and educator, she guides OT students through real-world applications, fieldwork, and capstone projects. Her dedication to cultural sensitivity, critical thinking, and client-centered education helps shape the future of occupational therapy.
